Coming soon to a home near you: TOY STORY - 4.

Many homes at the Jersey Shore needed to be and still are being lifted or rebuilt up off the ground after Hurricane/Superstorm Sandy, to meet new elevation requirements. Many are also being built on the somewhat smaller footprint lots of beach communities, requiring new construction to take them to soaring heights. This phenomenon has resullted in a benefit we are now calling Toy Story - 4. Storage Story - 1: ground level that can sometimes also accommodate vehicle parking. Living Story - 2: Kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, pantry, and or any combination of those. Sleeping Story - 3: bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, closets, etc. That brings us to what USED to be the attic. A little drywall, some paint, durable floors, and PRESTO! Toy Story - 4! In the true tale of this photo, mommy and daddy set up an office and work-out equipment on one side (divided by the stairwell) and kids took over the other side with playstation /xbox games, musical instruments, Legos, and every other imaginable for the imagination.
