Selections will be made in sequence, starting with exterior preferences, followed by plumbing and cabinetry choices. Longer lead time selections are made first with all other selections following afterwards. Once you are comfortable and satisfied with your selections, our home builders will place the orders!

 

Once selections are made and permits are obtained – home construction will commence, and the fun begins! Someone from the MAC team will post weekly construction progress pictures of your new home to MAC’s highly professional online client portal site. Simply log in with your personal username and password, then sit back, relax and enjoy the construction of your new home while in the comfort of your old home. MAC’s online client portal is very helpful in allowing you to review your new home construction plans, agreements, selections, and provides you the ability to make changes.
